Problem

Managing website content — pages, news, menus, and media — typically requires stitching together multiple tools or hardcoding content directly into the codebase, making updates slow and inaccessible to non-technical users.

Solution

Built a self-hosted CMS with authentication, recursive menu management, dynamic page and news modules, image/file upload handling, album and gallery management, and related-link management — giving admins full control over site content without touching code.

Problem

Contract administration was handled manually, causing inefficiencies, processing delays, and difficulty tracking contract statuses.

Consolidated all these workflows into one platform — digitizing registration and licensing, managing permits, tracking payments, and maintaining asset records — improving accuracy, speed, and visibility for government agencies.

Problem

Attendance tracking was inefficient and lacked real-time visibility, especially when managing multiple sessions simultaneously.

Solution

Digitized the entire attendance process using RFID identification via Linux-powered (Armbian) edge devices connected to a central server, plus QR code and manual entry for flexibility — enabling real-time session management and centralized, reliable reporting.
