Market administration was previously managed manually across separate processes — trader registration, kiosk/stall licensing, rental and retribution payments, and market asset records — resulting in scattered data, slow processing, and limited oversight. SIAP was developed as a web-based system to consolidate all market administrative data into a single, integrated platform. It digitizes trader registration and licensing workflows, manages kiosk/stall permits, tracks rental and retribution payments, and maintains structured records of market assets. By centralizing these processes, the system improves data accuracy, speeds up administrative workflows, and gives government agencies a clearer, more reliable view of market operations.

Mobile Development

SIPEG (Human Resource Information System) - Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and MSMEs of Pekalongan City

Employee data and daily work reporting were previously scattered across disconnected systems, with no public API available for attendance data. SIPEG was built as a mobile-based solution to centralize employee information, digitize work journals, and improve accessibility to HR data. To overcome the lack of an official API, a real-time web scraping mechanism was implemented to pull attendance records from an existing legacy system, keeping the data accurate and up to date. The app streamlines access to work schedules, attendance records, and employee information, improving efficiency and transparency across the organization.

STAY (Student and Teacher Attendance Management System) – SMK Negeri 1 Pekalongan

Attendance tracking for students and teachers was previously inefficient and lacked real-time visibility, especially when managing multiple attendance sessions at once. STAY was developed as an integrated system to digitize the entire attendance process with live monitoring. It leverages RFID-based identification through Linux-powered (Armbian) STB devices acting as edge clients connected to a central server, complemented by additional input methods such as QR code scanning and manual entry by administrators for added flexibility. This approach improves data accuracy, enables real-time session management, and delivers centralized, reliable attendance data for monitoring and reporting.
